
Dr. Malcolm Elliott Glover is a global leadership scholar, wellness advocate, and dispute resolution expert who is dedicated to helping teams, organizations, and communities overcome obstacles and seize opportunities. Dr. Glover works on strategic workforce development efforts at NASA Headquarters within the Earth Science Division. He also supports various stakeholder engagement programs for the Office of the Chief Science Data Officer and aids the priorities of Transform to Open Science, a NASA Open-Source Science Initiative.
As an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management and information technology company primarily focused on providing consulting, analysis, and engineering services to both public and private sector organizations, with a significant emphasis on serving the U.S. government in the areas of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence applications, digital solutions, and strategic planning; Dr. Glover regularly engages in efforts that reform systems and improve employee wellbeing.
